Wear WHOOP 5.0 or WHOOP MG on your upper arm with the SYNCRBAND Nylon Bicep Band. This adjustable armband combines a woven nylon strap with a dedicated WHOOP connector, giving your tracker a place away from your wrist during workouts, outdoor activities and everyday routines.

Approximate arm circumference: 22–36 cm (8.7–14.2 in). Estimated sizing guide.

This is a geometric estimate, not a physically tested fit range. It assumes a fold-back closure with about 5–6 cm (2.0–2.4 in) reserved for secure fastening. Connector routing and usable hook-and-loop area can reduce the adjustment range. Measure where you plan to wear the band and contact us if you are close to either limit.

The 42 cm measurement is the strap length, not an arm-circumference range. Allow for the overlap needed to fasten the band. Adjust it for a comfortable fit without excessive tightness.

Keep the smartwatch you use for work on your wrist while this bicep strap provides an upper-arm wearing option for WHOOP, without wearing a separate device on each wrist.

If wrist tattoos are a concern, consider a suitable untattooed area on your upper arm. Follow WHOOP's wearing guidance; sensor readings and available features can vary with placement. An armband does not guarantee sensor accuracy.
