About these terms

These terms govern your use of syncrband.com and purchases from the SYNCRBAND online store. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting wording.

Products and compatibility

We sell independent wearable accessories, including hybrid bands and armbands. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, trackers, smartwatches, subscriptions and device services are not included. Device brand names identify compatibility and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Check the exact device model, attachment system and selected size before ordering. Standard quick-release connections and Garmin QuickFit are different systems. Follow device manufacturers' fitting and wearing guidance. Contact us if you need help choosing. Photos illustrate the product; screen settings may affect appearance, and stated measurements may be approximate where indicated.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and ensure you are entitled to use the payment method. An order-receipt email acknowledges your request; it is not a dispatch confirmation. We confirm dispatch separately. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled item. We will not substitute a product or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Prices, currency, applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Your payment provider may charge its own conversion or transaction fees. Import charges may apply as described in our Shipping Policy. A later price change does not change an already accepted order. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will explain it and offer correction with your agreement or cancellation and refund, subject to applicable law.

Offers and discount codes

Offers apply only when their stated eligibility conditions are met. Checkout shows the savings that apply. First-order offers may require an eligible customer account and are limited as stated in the offer. Combining discounts depends on each offer's rules. An offer's later change does not remove a discount already accepted on your order.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery areas, charges and estimates appear in the Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly for address changes or cancellation requests; changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins. This does not limit a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right. Returns, exchanges, faulty items and refunds are covered by the Return and Refund Policy.

Using this website

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or upload unlawful content. Keep any account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use. We may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary while respecting existing orders and legal rights.

Content and third-party services

SYNCRBAND site content, branding and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Personal browsing and shopping do not grant permission to reproduce them commercially. Links and services operated by third parties have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your rights and resolving problems

Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights concerning faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods. Contact us first so we can investigate an issue. You retain access to the courts and consumer remedies available under applicable law; these terms do not require private arbitration or waive those rights.

Changes and contact
