SYNCRBAND ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Germany.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Tracked shipping
All orders use tracked shipping. Tracking information is sent after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.

- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand: US$4.99

Estimated delivery
- United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch

Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please check the shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. If tracking does not update for an extended period or a parcel appears lost, contact SYNCRBAND with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
