Do not choose by width alone
A standard 22 mm Quick Release attachment and a Garmin 22 mm QuickFit attachment use different systems. Apple Watch uses another connector style. For standard spring-bar watches, measure between the inside faces of the lugs. A compatible standard quick-release band can also serve as the watch-side connection for some mechanical watches; width, spring-bar fit and case clearance still need checking.
The Fitbit Air connector follows the watch connector finish: a Black watch connector is paired with Gunmetal on the Fitbit side; Silver is paired with Silver. There is no separate Fitbit connector-color selector.
Hybrid band or Fitbit Air armband?
Choose a hybrid band if you want your workday smartwatch and tracker together on one wrist. Both sensor areas need suitable skin contact; the accessory does not pair the devices electronically or merge their apps.
The nylon armband is 40 cm / approximately 15.75 in long and 18 mm / approximately 0.71 in wide. That is strap length, not a promised arm-circumference range. Google's Fitbit Air wearing guide recommends wrist placement for the most accurate tracking. A third-party upper-arm holder does not establish that every measurement is validated in that position.
